(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 113.31 square metres known as Plot No. 16 Triq G]eneb id-Dib, bounded on the North by property of Joseph Buttigieg et, on the South by Government property, and on the East by Triq il-Bwieraq, on which are currently built premises bearing number 7, Triq G]eneb id-Dib, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked Plot 16 on L.D. 11/82/65.
