(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 164.66 square metres known as Plot No. 8, Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli corner with Triq id-D]in, bounded on the North by property of Emanuel Vella, on the South by Triq id-D]in, and on the West by Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, on which are currently built premises bearing number 8, Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli corner with Triq id-D]in, Mellie]a, and which is edged red and marked P. 8 on L.D. 383/91/5. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 163.52 square metres known as Plot No. 11, Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, bounded on the North by property of Carmelo Buttigieg, on the South by property of Joseph Gauci, and on the West by Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, on which are currently built premises bearing number 11, known as "Dwejra", Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, Mellie]a, and which is edged red and marked P. 11 on L.D. 383/91/5. (28) The following land forming part of the Nadur Government Housing Estate, limits of Nadur, Gozo, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 279.28 square metres known as Plot No. 18, Triq Bin[emma, bounded on the North by property of Peter Bartolo, on the South by property of Benjamin Muscat, and on the East by Triq Bin[emma, on which are currently built premises bearing number 18, Triq Bin[emma, Nadur, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 18 on L.D. 26/83/4. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 279.27 square metres known as Plot No. 22, Triq Bin[emma, bounded on the South by property of Ray Camilleri, on the East by Triq Bin[emma, and on the West partly by property of Joseph Camilleri and the other part by property of John Camilleri, on which are currently built premises bearing number 22, known as "Ave Maria", Triq Bin[emma, Nadur, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 22 on L.D. 26/83/4. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 276.6 square metres known as Plot No. 29, Triq G]ajn Qasab, bounded on the North by property of Carmen Muscat, on the South by property of John Camilleri, and on the West by Triq G]ajn Qasab, on which are currently built premises bearing number 29, known as "The Camilleris", Triq G]ajn Qasab, Nadur, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 29 on L.D. 26/83/4. (e) A plot of land having an area of approximately 318.36 square metres known as Plot No. 42, Triq G]ajn Qasab, bounded on the North by property of Saviour Azzopardi, on the East partly by property of Anthony Portelli and on the other part by property of Tarcisio Said, and on the West by Triq G]ajn Qasab, on which are currently built premises bearing number 42, Triq G]ajn Qasab, Nadur, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 42 on L.D. 26/83/4. (f) A plot of land having an area of approximately 279.28 square metres known as Plot No. 52, Triq Bin[emma, bounded on the North by property of Raymond Galea et, on the South by property of Carmel Buttigieg, and on the West by Triq Bin[emma, on which are currently built premises bearing number 52, Triq Bin[emma, Nadur, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 52 on L.D. 26/83/4. (g) A plot of land having an area of approximately 279.27 square metres known as Plot No. 75, Triq ir-Ramla l-}amra, bounded on the North by property of Peter Muscat, on the South by property of Anthony Muscat, and on the East by Triq ir-Ramla l-}amra, on which are currently built premises bearing number 75, Triq ir-Ramla l-}amra, Nadur, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 75 on L.D. 26/83/4. (30) A plot of land having an area of approximately 629.16 square metres known as Plot No. 16, Triq Putirjal, forming part of the Government Buildings in the limits of Victoria (Rabat), Gozo, bounded on the South by public garden, on the East by Government property, and on the West by Triq Putirjal, on which are currently built premises bearing number 16, Triq Putirjal, Victoria (Rabat), Gozo, and which is edged red on L.D. 225/75. (32) A plot of land having an area of approximately 103.14 square metres known as Plot No. 15, Triq G]eneb id-Dib, forming part of the Government Housing Estate at Santa Lucia, Neighbourhood II, bounded on the North by property of Oliver Grima, on the South by Government property, and on the West by property of Francis Vella, on which are currently built premises bearing number 5, Triq G]eneb id-Dib, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked Plot 15 on L.D. 11/ 82/65.
