(1) The following land forming part of the San Neighbourhood II Government Housing Estate, San {wann, as follows:

(a) An area of approximately 128.4 square metres known as Plot No. 65, Triq l-Istefanotis, bounded on the North by Triq l-Istefanotis, on the East by property of Mariante and Rita Abela, and on the West by property of Godwin Scicluna Taylor, on which are currently built premises bearing number 65, Triq l-Istefanotis, San {wann, and which is edged red and marked P. 65 on L.D. 128/80/20. (b) An area of approximately 128.43 square metres known as Plot No. 68, Triq l-Istefanotis, bounded on the North by Triq l-Istefanotis, on the East by property of Anthony Camilleri, and on the West by property of Gennaro Camilleri, on which are currently built premises bearing {wann, number 68, Triq l-Istefanotis, San and which is edged red and marked P. 68 on L.D. 128/80/20. (c) An area of approximately 128.44 square metres known as Plot No. 70, Triq l-Istefanotis, bounded on the North by Triq l-Istefanotis, on the East by property of Edgar Blundell, and on the West by property of Anthony Camilleri, on which are currently built premises bearing {wann, number 70, Triq l-Istefanotis, San and which is edged red and marked P. 70 on L.D. 128/80/20. (d) An area of approximately 127.34 square metres known as Plot No. 72, Triq l-Istefanotis, bounded on the North-West by Triq l-Istefanotis, on the North-East by property of Joseph Cachia, and on the South-West by property of Joseph Mifsud, on which are currently built premises bearing number 72, Triq {wann, l-Istefanotis, San and which is edged red and marked P. 72 on L.D. 128/80/19. (e) An area of approximately 139.72 square metres known as Plot No. 74, Triq Ward il-Hena corner with Triq il-Gladjoli, bounded on the South by Triq il-Gladjoli, on the East by property of George Pace Balzan, and on the West by Triq Ward il-Hena, on which are currently built premises bearing number 74, Triq Ward il-Hena {wann, corner with Triq il-Gladjoli, San and which is edged red and marked P. 74 on L.D. 128/80/20. (f) An area of approximately 129.53 square metres known as Plot No. 75, Triq il-Gladjoli, bounded on the South by Triq il-Gladjoli, on the East by property of George Attard, and on the West by property of Romeo Formosa, on which are currently built premises bearing number 75, Triq {wann, il-Gladjoli, San and which is edged red and marked P. 75 on L.D. 128/80/20. (g) An area of approximately 132.96 square metres known as Plot No. 76, Triq il-Gladjoli, bounded on the South by Triq il-Gladjoli, on the East by property of Joseph Anthony Mizzi, and on the West by property of George Pace Balzan, on which are currently built premises bearing {wann, number 76, Triq il-Gladjoli, San and which is edged red and marked P. 76 on L.D. 128/80/20. (h) An area of approximately 129.53 square metres known as Plot No. 79, Triq il-Gladjoli, bounded on the South by Triq il-Gladjoli, on the East by property of John Demanuele, and on the West by property of Simon Grixti et, on which are currently built premises{wann,bearing number 79, Triq il-Gladjoli, San and which is edged red and marked P. 79 on L.D. 128/80/20. (i) An area of approximately 122.95 square metres known as Plot No. 113, Triq il-Gladjoli, bounded on the South-East by Triq il-Gladjoli, on the East by property of John Tanti, and on the South-West by property of Charles Cali, on which are currently built premises bearing {wann, number 113, Triq il-Gladjoli, San and which is edged red and marked P. 113 on L.D. 128/80/19. (j) An area of approximately 109.47 square metres known as Plot No.122, Triq il-Gizi, bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Gizi, on the South-West by Vjal ir-Rihan, and on the North-West by property of Joseph Cassar, on which are currently built premises bearing {wann, number 122, Triq il-{i\i, San and which is edged red and marked P. 122 on L.D.128/80/
