(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 208.75 square metres known as Plot No. 5 now No. 24, Vjal De La Cruz corner with Triq is-Sienja, bounded on the North-West by property of Anthony and Cettina Scriha, on the South-West by Triq is-Sienja, and on the South-East by Vjal De La Cruz, on which are currently built premises bearing number 24, Vjal De La Cruz, Qormi, and which is edged red and marked Plot 5 now 24 on L.D. 152/83/11.
