S.L. 261.20 Art. 11

With effect from the 4th September, 1997:

(1) Three blocks of flats, known as block N,}esriBlock O and Block P, forming part of the Wied Housing Estate, Si[[iewi, as follows: Block N. consisting of eight flats, each being accessible from an internal door numbered l to 8, said block being accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the name "Block N", and bounded on the North-East and North-West by public road and on the South-East by Government property; Block O. consisting of eight flats, each being accessible from an internal door numbered l to 8, said block being accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the name "Block O", and bounded on the North-West and South-East by Government property and on the North-East by public road; Block P. consisting of six flats, each being accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 6, said block being accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the name "Block P", and bounded on the North-West by Government property, on the North-East by public road and on the South-East by Triq il-Girgenti. Said blocks N, O and P have been erected on Government property, formerly Rural Tenement No. 50641 (Part of), and are shown edged green on L.D. 248/91/7. (HAM 6/94).

(4) The following land forming part of Block II at Tal-}amrija, Housing Estate, limits of Xewkija, Gozo, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 214.9 square metres known as Plot No. 25, Vjal il-Labour corner with Triq il-Qronfol, bounded on the North-East by Vjal il-Labour, on the South-East by property of Francis Attard, and on the North-West by Triq il-Qronfol, on which are currently built premises bearing number 25, Vjal il-Labour corner with Triq il-Qronfol, Xewkija, and which is edged red and marked No. 25 on L.D. 19/97. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 175.64 square metres known as Plot No. 26, Vjal il-Labour, bounded on the North-East by Vjal il-Labour, on the South-East by property of Anthony Borg, and on the North-West by property of Eucharistica Azzopardi, on which are currently built premises bearing number 26, Vjal il-Labour, Xewkija, and which is edged red and marked No. 26 on L.D. 19/97. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 175.64 square metres known as Plot No. 27, Vjal il-Labour, bounded on the North-East by Vjal il-Labour, on the South-East by property of Carmel Grima, and on the North-West by property of Francis Attard, on which are currently built premises bearing number 27, Vjal il-Labour, Xewkija, and which is edged red and marked No. 27 on L.D.19/97. (d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 175.64 square metres known as Plot No. 28, Vjal il-Labour, bounded on the North-East by Vjal il-Labour, on the South-East by property of Francis Buttigieg, and on the North-West by property of Anthony Borg, on which are currently built premises bearing number 28, Vjal il-Labour, Xewkija, and which is edged red and marked No. 28 on L.D. 19/97. (e) A plot of land having an area of approximately 175.64 square metres known as Plot No. 29, Vjal il-Labour, bounded on the North-West by Vjal il-Labour, on the South-West by property of Carmel Grima, and on the North-East by property of Angelo Saliba, on which are currently built premises bearing number 29, Vjal il-Labour, Xewkija, and which is edged red and marked No. 29 on L.D. 19/97. (h) A plot of land having an area of approximately 163.04 square metres known as Plot No. 34, Triq in-Nar`is, bounded on the North-East by property of J. Grima, on the South-East by Triq in-Nar`is, and on the South-West by property of John Spiteri, on which are currently built premises bearing number 34, Triq in-Nar`is, Xewkija, and which is edged red and marked No. 34 on L.D.19/97. (i) A plot of land having an area of approximately 163.04 square metres known as Plot No. 35, Triq in-Nar`is, bounded on the North-East by property of Joseph Pace, on the South-East by Triq in-Nar`is, and on the South-West by property of John Spiteri, on which are currently built premises bearing number 35, Triq in-Nar`is, Xewkija, and which is edged red and marked No. 35 on L.D.19/97.
