S.L. 261.20 Art. 10

With effect from the 31st July, 1997:

(1) A plot of additional land in front of Maisonettes 1 - 44 at the Dingli Phase III Government Housing Estate, limits of Dingli, having an area of approximately 628.61 square metres, bounded on the South by Triq il-}emda, on the East by Triq Francesco Zammit, and on the West by Triq il-Gvernatur William Reid, edged red on L.D. 192/95/3. (HAM 3/93).

(2) Flat number 6 at number 177, St. Christopher Street, Valletta (Tenement No. 62978 - H.A. 37/97).

(3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 123.91 square metres known as Plot No. 32, Triq il-Palazz l-A]mar, forming part of the Government Housing Estate at Fleur-De-Lys, Santa Venera, bounded on the South by Triq il-Palazz l-A]mar, on the East by Government property and on the West by property of Mario Bonello, on which are currently built premises bearing number 32, Triq il-Palazz l-A]mar, Santa Venera, and which is edged red and marked P. 32 on L.D. 235/81/12. (4) A plot of land having an area of approximately 188.15 square metres known as Plot 18, Triq Aka`ja, San {wann, forming part of the Government Housing {wann, Estate at San Neighbourhood I, bounded on the North by property of Joseph D. Caruana, on the South by property of Salvina Marguerat, and on the West by Triq Aka`ja, on which are currently built premises bearing number 189, Triq Aka`ja, San {wann, and which is edged red and marked P. 18 on L.D. 135/81/46. (HAP 351/96).

(5) A plot of land having an area of approximately 150.74 square metres known as Plot 14, Vjal l-Oleandri, Santa Lucia, and an additional site having an area of approximately 116 square metres, forming part of the Government Housing Estate at Santa Lucia, Neighbourhood I, bounded on the North-East by property of Francis Cachia, on the South-West by Vjal l-Oleandri, and on the South-East by property of Philip Godwin Portanier, on which are currently built premises bearing number 24, Vjal l-Oleandri, Santa Lucia, and which plot and site are edged red and marked P. 14 and 'A' respectively on L.D. 11/82/72. (6) A plot of land having an area of approximately 218.85 square metres known as Plot 2, Land Ta’ L-Isqof in Triq il-Belt Valletta, Kirkop, forming part of the Government Housing Estate, limits of Kirkop, bounded on the North-West by property of Josephine Callus et, on the South-East by property of Maria Rosanna Falzon et, and on the South-West by Triq il-Belt Valletta, edged red and marked Pl. 2 on L.D. 24/97/2, and on which are currently built -

(a) premises bearing number 38, at ground floor level, Triq il-Belt Valletta, Kirkop (HAP 415/ 96), and

(b) premises bearing number 39, at first-floor level, Triq il-Belt Valletta, Kirkop (HAP 414/96). {wann,

(7) The following land forming part of the San Neighbourhood I Government Housing Estate, San {wann, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 188.15 square metres known as Plot No.50, Triq {wann, Aka`ja, San bounded on the North by property of Anthony and Giovanna Mallia, on the South by public passage and Triq Aka`ja and on the East by property of Joseph Bonnici, on which are currently built {wann,premises bearing number 50, Triq Aka`ja, San and which is edged red and marked P. 50 on C.D. 135/81/
