S.L. 261.17 Art. 7

With effect from the 10th August, 1994:

(1) The following land forming part of the San Lawrenz Government Housing Estate, limits of San Lawrenz, Gozo:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 476 square metres, bounded on the North-East and South-East by Triq Ta’ Bieb il-G]ar and on the North-West by Triq Nicholas Monsarrat, indicated as Plot A and edged green on L.D. 43/ 91/3;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,992 square metres, bounded on the North-East by Triq Dun Salv Portelli, on the South-West by property of Peter Paul Attard and on the North-West by Triq Ta’ Bieb il-G]ar, indicated as Plot B and edged green on L.D. 43/91/3;

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,421 square metres, bounded on the North-East by Triq Dun Salv Portelli, on the South-East and South-West by Triq Ta’ Bieb il-G]ar, indicated as Plot C and edged green on L.D. 43/91/3;

(d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,471 square metres, bounded on the North-West by Triq Nicholas Monsarrat, on the South-West by Triq Dun Salv Portelli and on the North-East by property of Frenc Agius, indicated as Plot D and edged green on L.D. 43/ 91/3.

(2) Flat number 5, Block I, Door B, Ta`-~awla Government Housing Estate, Triq Ta`-~awla, Victoria, Gozo.

(3) Flat number 8 at No. 26, Church Street, Government Buildings, Paceville, limits of St Julians (Tenement No. 66385).

(4) House numbered 67, Triq il-Qoton, Government Housing Estate, Ta’ Xbiex (Tenement No. 70704).
