S.L. 260.6 Art. 3Establishment of Board of Governance.

(1) There shall be a Board of Governance to give direction and advice with respect to the Corradino Correctional

Facility and any other correctional facility as the Minister may by notice in the Gazette designate.

(2) The Board shall have the composition, duties and functions and be subject to the manner of appointment as established in these regulations.
