S.L. 260.4 Art. 5ASaving as to correctional services officers.

Subject to the provisions of regulation 5 determining the maximum pension grantable to a correctional services officer, where a person has been appointed a correctional services officer, any period previous to that appointment during which that person has served as a prisons officer or as a member of a disciplined force as defined in article 47(1) of the Constitution shall be deemed as service as a correctional services officer for the purpose of any pension that may be granted under these regulations.
