In these Order: "the Act" means the Postal Services Act;

"the Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Land;

"the company" means Maltapost plc; "Maltapost plc" means the public limited company registered in terms of the Companies Act and which is licensed under article 8(1) of the Act to provide postal services in Malta.
