S.L. 251.3 Art. 3Insignia.

The insignia of office for Mayors of Local Councils shall consist of medals as follows:

(1) For Mayors of the capital or former capitals -A Neck Badge in the form of an oval silver gilt wreath of oak-leaves bound at the top and bottom as well as in the middle of the two sides, measuring 57mm from top to bottom, having superimposed on it the respective silver gilt and enamelled coat-of-arms and mural coronet of the capital or former capitals. The Neck Badge shall be suspended from an 18mm wide black riband having a moire effect.

(2) For Mayors of the other cities -A Neck Badge in the form of an oval silver gilt wreath of oak-leaves bound at the top and bottom as well as in the middle of the two sides, measuring 57mm from top to bottom, having superimposed on it the respective silver gilt and enamelled coat-of-arms and mural coronet of the city. The Neck Badge shall be suspended from an 18mm wide black riband having a moire effect.

(3) For Mayors of the other localities -A Neck Badge in the form of an oval silver gilt wreath of oak-leaves bound at the top and bottom as well as in the middle of the two sides, measuring 57mm from top to bottom, having superimposed on it the respective silver gilt and enamelled coat-of-arms of the locality.
