The Quad Business Towers, Mrieħel, Extension I, consisting of immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed to this order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
