S.L. 234.6 Art. 2Fees for services, etc.

The fees payable for the services and certificates specified in the Schedule shall be the fee specified in relation to each such service or certificate in that Schedule:

Provided that the Minister may, under such conditions as deemed appropriate, exempt any person or class of persons, or any ship or class of ships, from all or part of the fees payable in terms of these regulations.
