S.L. 234.55 Art. 8Ballast Water Discharge.

Except where expressly provided otherwise, the discharge of Ballast Water shall only be conducted in accordance with Ballast Water Management by employing exchange, treatment or delivery to reception facilities in accordance with the Convention and these regulations.
