S.L. 234.17 Art. 7Possession of certificate as E.D.H.

(1) No person engaged on a Maltese ship shall be rated as

E.D.H. unless such person is in possession of a certificate as

E.D.H. issued or recognized under these regulations.

(2) The procedure and conditions for the issue of an E.D.H. certificate provided for in these regulations shall be as set out in the Third Schedule.
