S.L. 234.17 Art. 30Masters, Officers, Ratings and other personnel serving on board high speed craft.

This paragraph applies to masters and officers, ratings and other personnel serving on board high speed craft which are ships constructed on or after 1st January, 1996.

30.1 Prior to being assigned shipboard duties on board high speed craft, masters, officers, ratings and other personnel shall have completed the training specified in the Appendix to this Schedule.

30.2 It shall be the duty of any person providing the training referred to in this regulation to issue documentary evidence to every person successfully completing such training. Appendix
