S.L. 217.5 Art. 10Procedural guarantees.

(1) When notifying the third country national of his decision, the Director shall give reasons for such decision rejecting an application for long-term resident status or withdrawing that status, and shall inform him about the redress procedures available.

(2) Where an application for long-term resident status is rejected or that status is withdrawn or lost or the residence permit is not renewed, the third country national shall have the right to appeal to the Board.
