S.L. 217.27 Art. 17Long-term residence permit.

(1) EU Blue Card holders who fulfil the conditions set out in regulation 18 for the acquisition of a European Union long-term resident status shall be issued with a residence permit in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1030/2002.

(2) The competent authority shall indicate the words "Former EU Blue Card holder" in the residence permit referred to in sub-regulation (1) under the heading "remarks".
