S.L. 217.22 Art. 6Volumes of admission.

Without prejudice to the provisions of these regulations, the pertinent authorities shall determine in accordance with Article 79(5) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, the volumes of admission of third-country nationals referred to in regulation 3(1) of these regulations:

Provided that, with regard to students, the pertinent authorities may either consider an application for authorisation to be inadmissible, or rejected, if it is considered that students are or will be in an employment relationship.
