S.L. 217.11 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"financial year" means the financial year of the Agency which shall commence on the 1st January and shall end on the 31st December of each year: Provided that the first financial year shall commence upon the coming into force of these regulations and shall end on the 31st December of the following year; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for immigration.
