S.L. 206.1 Art. 3Material, size, etc., of dustbin.

The dustbin to be used for the purposes of article 2 shall be -

(a) made of stout impervious material;

(b) provided with a lid of the same material totally covering the refuse therein, and fitted in such a way as not to be dislodged by strong winds;

(c) provided with adequate means for easy handling;

(d) of a capacity of not more than fifty litres; and

(e) kept adequately clean and in a good state of repair.
