S.L. 199.2 Art. 3Adoption of a methodology.

(1) The methodology for the valuation of the open market value of agricultural land shall be calculated by applying the total agronomical factors resulting on the agricultural land being valued, to the base value of agricultural land as adjusted to reflect the actual size of the agricultural land being valued in accordance with Schedule I.

(2) The total agronomical factors shall be assessed and determined in accordance with Schedule II.

(3) The base value of agricultural land shall be established in accordance with regulation 4.
