S.L. 188.2 Art. 4Oath of office.

(1) The Chairman and the members of the Committee shall, before entering upon those duties, take and subscribe an oath in the Form B set out in the Schedule.

(2) Such oath shall be taken before, and shall be deposited with, the Attorney General.
