S.L. 161.1 Art. 3Applications for allotment.

(1) Applications for allotment of stock shall be made in the form set out in Form 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations.

(2) The Accountant General may, in his sole discretion and without assigning any reason therefor reject any application to purchase stock and in any such case the money paid upon any such application shall be refunded not later than twenty one days from the date of the receipt thereof.
