S.L. 16.8 Art. 8Notification of person(s) appointed as officer(s).

Foreign and international organisations (unless exempted by express provision of law) shall notify the Registrar for Legal

Persons of the person(s) appointed as its officer(s) by means of a statement of the current officers of the organisation upon registration as well as within fourteen days of any change thereof. The term ‘officers’ includes the administrators, treasurers, secretaries of the organisation or any other similar posts. The organisation shall also notify the Registrar for Legal Persons of any change in the registered address in Malta within fourteen days of any change thereof.
