In addition to the documents listed in article 31(1) and article 51(1) and (2) of the Second Schedule, Civil Code, it shall be necessary to file an application in the prescribed form to register an organisation as a legal person with the Registrar for Legal Persons containing such information and declarations and in the manner as may be prescribed therein.
