S.L. 16.20 Art. 46Note of agreement.

Where during the conciliation or mediation stage the parties reach an agreement regarding the payment of a sum of money for maintenance which shall be paid by one party to the other, whether for themselves or for the children, or reach an agreement concerning custody or access rights to the children and, or their residence, maintenance, or who shall continue to reside in the matrimonial home, in such a way that the agreement terminates the dispute between them, the mediator shall record such agreement in a note, which shall be signed by the parties and shall immediately transmit that note to the Court so that it may issue its decree thereon.
