S.L. 16.20 Art. 1Citation and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Family

Court Proceedings Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on such date or dates as the Minister responsible for justice may, by notice in the Gazette establish and different dates may be so established for different provisions and, or purposes of these regulations.
