S.L. 16.18 Art. 17Fees.

Access to information in the Register of Beneficial Owners may be subject to the payment of a fee which shall not exceed the administrative costs thereof, including costs of maintenance and development of the Register. The Registrar for Legal Persons may from time to time, by notice publicly available at the Registry for Legal Persons, establish such fee.
