S.L. 158.1 Art. 5Power of inspection.

The Officer or any person authorised in writing by him in that behalf may, on reasonable notice and during reasonable hours of daylight, enter any premises in respect of which an application has been made for the purpose of inspecting and taking particulars of such premises.
