S.L. 158.1 Art. 12Delegation of duties, powers and functions.

Without prejudice to the provisions of regulation 5, the

Officer may delegate any of his duties, powers and functions under these regulations, other than the making of an order refusing registration, to any Assistant Land Valuation Officer or to any other public officer.
