S.L. 128.4 Art. 3Consultation by Commissioner of Police with government departments, agencies.

In processing an application for a licence the Commissioner of Police shall, where applicable, seek to request and obtain the views of Government departments or agencies for the purpose of ascertaining whether there is any objection on their part to the application and for prescribing, where necessary, the conditions under which such licences or anyone or more classes thereof may be granted renewed, transferred or cancelled.
