S.L. 123.93 Art. 6Deductibility of payment to host family.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Act, a registered school shall only be entitled to a deduction under article

14(1) of the Act in respect of payments made to a host family for the hosting of students, if the requirements of rule 5 hereof are satisfied in full.
