The study costs to which this Part applies are:

*This sub-rule shall apply to qualifying expenditure incurred on or after 1st June, 2007.

(a) fees paid to the university or educational establishment in question for the admission of the individual to the course and his attendance for that course;

(b) the cost of course materials directly related to the training programme, as may be approved by the Corporation.
