For the purposes of these regulations the value of assets allocated to a fund on any given day shall be the value determined on the close of business of the last preceding working day and the basis of valuation of such assets shall comply in all relevant respects with that adopted in any reports or statements submitted by or with respect to that fund for any of the purposes of the Investment Services Act.
