S.L. 123.51 Art. 3Meaning of prescribed fund.

For the purpose of the definition of "prescribed fund" in paragraph (b) of article 41A of the Act, and subject to the provisions of that paragraph and to the other provisions of these regulations, a fund shall be treated as a prescribed fund if it has been so classified by the Commissioner by means of a notice in writing.
