S.L. 123.27 Art. 7Applicability of article 5(14) of the Act.

The provisions of article 5(14) of the Act shall apply where the exchange of the shares does not produce any change in the individual direct or indirect beneficial owners of the companies involved or in the proportion in the value of each of the companies involved represented by the shares owned beneficially directly or indirectly by each such individual.
