S.L. 12.35 Art. 8Confidentiality of therapy. Proceedings to continue.

The work of the support persons in accordance with regulation 7 shall respect the confidentiality of the therapeutic process and the support person providing the therapy may not be brought to testify or otherwise be required to disclose information concerning facts which have come to their knowledge in the course of providing such therapy:

Provided that this regulation shall not be construed as obliging any person to undergo any therapy against his will.

9.‡ The appointment of support persons shall not impede the progress or conclusion of mediation proceedings or of proceedings before the Court.
