During the mediation process, the parties may by mutual agreement, or by application filed by either party, request the Court to appoint a judicial assistant to hear evidence on oath in order to facilitate the process before the mediator:

Provided that where the information requested from financial institutions or other institutions refers only to the preceding three (3) years, the Court may also authorise such information to be submitted by means of a sworn note filed in the Court Registry.
