In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Children’s Advocate" means an advocate forming part of the Legal Aid Agency, appointed in accordance with regulation 4 and whose functions are provided for in regulation 15;

"Family Court" means the Family Court and includes the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) (Superior Jurisdiction) (Family Section);

"FS3" means the income statement under the Final

Settlement System (FSS) Rules together with the obligation for declaration and payment of Social Security contributions arising under the Social Security Act;

"mediator" means a person appointed as a mediator in accordance with regulation 3;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for justice;

"support person" means a person nominated in accordance with regulation 5 and includes a support person appointed as a court expert whose duties are established in regulation 6, and a support person appointed as a therapist as referred to in regulation 7.
