S.L. 12.35 Art. 18Procedure following letter of mediation.

The mediation letter, the note and the appointment for the first mediation session shall be notified to the counterparty together with an order to appear for the scheduled mediation sessions and to respond to the proposals within twenty (20) days and, if applicable, to submit counter-proposals by means of a note containing the said information and documentation required under regulation 17, to the best of the knowledge of that party. Such note shall be served upon the applicant’s advocate.
