S.L. 12.35 Art. 14Payment.

(1) Mediators shall be entitled to such fees for the services they provide, as may from time to time be provided for under the applicable law.

(2) Where the parties choose a mediator by mutual consent from the first part of the list of mediators, the fees due to that mediator shall be borne by the parties, but where the appointment is made otherwise, the fees due to mediators and Children’s Advocates shall be borne by the Registrar.
