In these regulations any reference to the Director General
(Courts) shall include a reference to the Chief Executive Officer of the Court Services Agency as authorised to carry out the legal functions of the Director General (Courts) in terms of articles 3(i) and 6 of the Court Services (Establishment as an Agency) Order.
