S.L. 12.20 Art. 12Where party fails to appear before mediation.

Where a person has under the provisions of these regulations been summoned to appear before a mediator and fails to do so, the mediator shall inform the Court and indicate such failure together with any reason, if any, adduced by such person for the failure, and the Court when deciding the matter before it shall take due account and give due consideration to such failure.
