The particulars that may be required to be stated in the case of persons with respect to whom information is to be given, shall be those specified in Part 1 of the Second Schedule, and in the case of housing shall be those specified in Part II of the Second Schedule:

Provided that the particulars that may be required in respect of persons who are members of religious conventual communities shall be only those specified in items 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8 of Part 1 of the Second Schedule and that no particular shall be required in respect of the accommodation occupied by such persons within the premises of their religious conventual community.
