S.L. 118.4 Art. 5Information for purpose of census.

Information for the purpose of the census shall be collected and furnished with respect to all persons who at midnight ending the Census Day, are alive and present, or though absent, are ordinarily resident:

(a) at any place on land within the territory of Malta;

(b) on any ship or other vessel lying moored or anchored within any of the ports of Malta and on any ship or vessel registered in Malta which is at that time engaged in any coastal or fishing voyage; and

(c) all housing accommodation, facilities and amenities in Malta.
