S.L. 118.4 Art. 2Interpretation.

For the purpose of this order, unless the context otherwise requires:

"household" means one person living alone or a group of people (not necessarily related) living at the same address who share cooking facilities on most days or share parts of the dwelling such as a living room, sitting room or dining area;

"midnight ending the Census Day" means midnight of the 21st November 2021;

"midnight ending the Census period" means midnight of the 28th November 2021;

"person" means any person residing in Malta on the midnight ending the census day, including persons temporarily abroad who have resided in Malta for the past twelve (12) months or have the intention of staying in Malta for at least twelve (12) months.
