S.L. 118.4 Art. 10

In respect of every dwelling occupied by one or more person, stating:

(a) type of main dwelling;

(b) number of dwellings in building blocks if one is residing in a building block;

(c) period of construction of dwelling;

(d) the condition of the dwelling;

(e) total number of rooms in the dwelling;

(f) the number of rooms rented to non-dwelling members of used solely for business purposes;

(g) whether any member of the household rents, or owns the dwelling and the amount of rent paid or emphyteusis;

(h) if one is renting or on emphyteusis, to who is the amount paid to;

(i) if one is renting or on emphyteusis, when was the contract signed or reached;

(j) if one is renting or on emphyteusis, the duration of the contract/agreement;

(k) what kind of facilities are available (including: central heating, air conditioning, water reverse osmosis, photovoltaic panels, solar water heaters, well, internet connection);

(l) whether any member of the household makes use of, or rents, or owns any holiday dwellings;

(m) if applicable, the localities of the holiday dwellings.
