S.L. 118.3 Art. 6Duties of district managers.

The census officer is empowered to nominate seven(7)

district managers. Every district manager has the duty to:

(a) follow the progress related to the census in his district daily and to ensure that the supervisors are in line with the schedule;

(b) give all the necessary instructions to the supervisors that are within his district;

(c) resolve any technical or logical difficulties should they arise in his district;

(d) ensure that should there be any difficulties to collect the census questionnaires, then he shall call for the said questionnaires and complete them personally;

(e) to inform regularly the census officers with the progress of his district.
