In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Census Act;

"census forms" means the forms prescribed in regulation 12;

"census information" means all information necessary for the making of true and accurate entries in census forms;

"Census Order" means the Census Order;

"locality" and "enumeration areas" mean such sections of Malta as may be determined by the census officer under regulation 3;

"midnight ending the census day" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Census Order;

"midnight ending the census period" has the same meaning as is assigned to it in the Census Order.
